Direct Sellers/Network Marketers – Be a Recruiting Magnet, Not a Vacuum, Online

Image © Scanrail - Fotolia.comAs a direct seller, you know the financial reward and personal fulfilment that come from building a team is like nothing else out there. It’s what we long for as a distributor and what we LIVE for as a leader. The problem is, it’s challenging to do especially in the current culture where many people tend to have perspectives that come from a sense of lack or feeling victimized by the economy. If you buy into that it might be temping to push, and then pull, and then push and then pull some more, doing everything you can to get someone to sign up on your team. When you finally succeed at sucking them into your team, you’re surprised when they don’t do anything – don’t come to your trainings, don’t make their calls, don’t sell or sponsor. It’s even worse when your efforts are online through social media.

Please join me in my latest WOW Webinar recording: Building a Direct Sales Team through Social Media In this content-packed webinar I share with you the latest tools, techniques and tactics for leveraging social media to attract new team members to your business – like a magnet. We discuss how to use Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube to get noticed, be followed, show your leadership skills, and bring on team members who want to work, want to hear from you, and stick with it for the long haul!

When you encourage their efforts to build their own team, your business will grow by leaps and bounds!

Great message. Sorry I missed the webinar!

My wife is the network marketer in our house, and we have found that she has had success by just demonstrating to the world that she is the type of leader that people would want to follow. Not by convincing them that she is someone they want to follow. It is definitely a slower pace, but she has enjoyed having a team that sticks with her.

That is great – one of the things I always say whether offline or online is to be the type of person YOU would want to do business with. And you know what, get rich slow is a good plan when it means your integrity is in tact and you have a balanced life and relationships. Good job!
PS: You can still get the webinar, it will just be the recording and notes! 🙂 It was awesome!

Your blog articles are good and I so want to see your webinar that you are selling. Do you have any freebies webinars that can help me determine whether or not the content is worth the money? I love the topic, and want to make sure I am doing social media well and correctly.

Your posts are great – so maybe I should just assume your webinar will be too? Thanks for the great content – you seriously have some great posts.
