How to use LinkedIn Projects to highlight and link to your products and services.

There is a section on LinkedIn called Projects that allows you to insert a description of anything, with the title of it linking to an external website. In this video Karen Clark shows you how to use this to place your products or services on the top of your LinkedIn profile.

If you do not have the PROJECTS section yet, follow these instructions:

To add a project to your profile:

  1. Move your cursor over Profile at the top of your homepage and select Edit Profile.
  2. If you’ve never added a project before, click Projects on the right side of the page. If you’ve previously added a project, scroll down to the Projects section on your profile and click +Add.
  3. Fill out the fields.
  4. Click Save.

To edit an existing project:

  1. Move your cursor over Profile at the top of your homepage and select Edit Profile.
  2. Scroll down to the Projects section and click the  Edit icon.
  3. Make your changes.
  4. Click Save.
